OpéraSPORT offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, provided that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
